For Rajnikanth’s fans out there, here’s more than one good news. Rajnikanth’s next outing is ‘Rana’, which will be directed by one of his favourite directors K S Ravikumar, who joins hands with superstar after ‘Muthu’ and ‘Padayappa’.
The highlight is that the superstar will be seen donning three different roles in ‘Rana’. After ‘Moondru Mugam’, Rajni will be once again seen performing three different roles in his next movie. ‘Rana’ will be an action magnum opus and will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
AR Rahman has been roped in to score the music and Rathnavelu to crank the camera.
It is said Deepika will pair up with the ‘Enthiran’ hero, but nothing has been finalized yet. Jointly produced by Ocher Studios and Eros International, the shooting will go on floors from March. While Rajni’s daughter Soundarya will be the technical and special effects director, Charles Darby of Eyeqube Studios, renowned visual effects luminary, will be the visual effects supervisor for ‘Rana’.
